4.             Planning Matters

a.      New applications to consider

i.      26/01355/COL: Long Grove Farm Barrington Hill Broadway TA19 9LW - Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the Existing change of use of two units of holiday letting accommodation to two dwellinghouses

b.      Updates and enforcement issues and to consider any actions required

5.             Finance & Audit

a.      Financial statement up to 30/06/26

b.      To approve payments requiring authorisation

6.             To consider membership to Somerset Communities Raging Against Poor Planning (SCRAPP)

7.             To consider replacement of play frame in the play park and addition of sensory equipment

8.             To consider any training requests or requirements for the clerk and councillors

9.             To consider appointment of a parish ranger for routine village maintenance

10.         To review recently attended traffic management training and consider any further requirements

11.         To review and confirm specifications for village gateway signs

12.         To consider a grant request to support a local charity Halloween event

13.         To receive updates and agree any actions on the following areas:

b.      Flooding

c.       Rights of Way

d.      Play Park

e.      Defibrillator

f.        Speed Indicator Device

g.      Volunteering and Community Group Updates

h.      Local Community Network / Parish networks
